Colleen is a 2002 graduate of Sacred Heart Academy. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Auburn University with a major in Political Science in 2006. While in undergrad, Colleen completed a semester study of international affairs at University of St. Andrews, Scotland in 2005.
Colleen received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law, in 2009. While attending law school, Colleen was a member of the mock trial team and served as a constitutional law student-teacher for the Marshall Brennan program. Colleen clerked at Grossman & Moore, PLLC in her second and third years of law school. In 2009, she was admitted to practice law in Kentucky.
Community & Professional Involvement
Currently, Colleen serves as Treasurer of the Women Lawyers Association of Jefferson County. Colleen is a past board member and Vice President of the Sacred Heart Academy Alumna Board (2009-2012), and past Associate member of the Brandeis Inn of Court (2010-2012). She is a 2011 graduate of Focus Louisville.
